Our motor broke down and needed to be replaced immediately because of a party we had planned for the weekend – they responded quickly, got a new motor installed on Saturday morning and our party was saved!! “Every construction job seems to have unexpected things that come up as the job proceeds. In most cases the contractor gets upset about it and seems to want more money or rushes through the rest of the job to try to recoup. In my worst experience the contractor just walks away – ugh!The demolition of my existing hot tub turned out to be an unexpected nightmare. Poured concrete and lots of rebar – a very unusual construction. It probably added two man weeks to the job (at least). Gibbons reacted to this by sending more people and working a lot harder. Never a thought of asking for more money (even though they should have gotten paid more). Also no change at all to the overall excellent workmanship. These guys are great they do what they day they will do at the agreed price and on schedule.”

One is nicer than the next, every one of them so pleasant and easy to talk with. Each one a pleasure to see and say hi to. I just thought it was important for you to know since you probably never see how they interact with the customers! They are all fantastic! ”

“Being first time home owners, we inherited a pool which had not been maintained for over 3 years and was black (not green, black!) It seemed a very daunting and impossible task for us so we called several pool companies for help. Gibbons pools was the only one who took the initiative and came over to look at the pool the next day. So we decided to stick with them and very glad we did. The pool is so clean and clear you’d never suspect it had been that swamp thing out of a horror movie! Thanks a million! ”
